Welcome Valencia Families to the 2026/2027 School Year! My name is Jillian Wood and I am excited to serve my second term as PTA President. In my work as an educator, I’m passionate about supporting our students, families, and the important work happening in our school community. I also have two Oranges in 3rd and 4th grade and am looking forward to a fun year.

The Valencia Elementary PTA is excited for the year ahead. We have amazing Board Members who are here to support the many events and programs that benefit our teachers and students. But we cannot do this alone. I would like to encourage you to join the PTA, which you can do here: Valencia PTA Membership Registration

Joining and supporting our PTA means you have a voice in the decisions that the PTA makes. With your support, Valencia Elementary PTA can provide funds for Read-a-Thon, Trunk or Treat, the Book Fair, Drama Program, field trips, teacher support, technology, facilities upgrades, the Reflections program, Jog-a-Thon, and much more.

To stay further updated, please check out our website Valencia Elementary PTA and follow us on Instagram @ValenciaPTA. If you have any questions or suggestions, you may also email me at jillianw.ptapresident@gmail.com.

Thank you so much for your support! Let’s make this a wonderful year for our students.

Jillian Wood, Ph.D.
